Paid to the founder od DTIDZ

Pursuant to Article 34, paragraph 1 of the Law on Technological Industrial Development Zones (Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia No. 14/2007, 103/08, 130/08, 139/09 and 156/10), the Directorate for Technological Industrial Development Zones on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Macedonia as a Founder of the Technological Industrial Development Zone “Skopje 1”, on 20 02 2012, adopted

RULES ON THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USE OF THE TECHNOLOGICAL INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT ZONE “SKOPJE 1” - SKOPJE

Article 1
In the Rules on the terms and conditions for use of the technological industrial development zone “Skopje 1” (Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia No.117/0, 106/08 and 108/10), the Schedule of fees of the founder for Performed Services for the Users is amended with new Schedule of fees that is enclosed and represents constituent part of these Rules.

SCHEDULE OF FEES OF THE FOUNDER OF THE TECHNOLOGICAL INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT ZONE “SKOPJE 1” for Performed Services for the Users of the TIDZ “Skopje 1”

              I

Description of the service         Amount in MKD

1. Monthly lump-sum for maintaining the infrastructure in TIDZ “Skopje 1”             5,00 MKD/m2
  - maintaining the public areas and the infrastructure within the public
    areas and within the boundaries of the Zone;
  - maintaining the street lighting in the public areas of the Zone;
  - physical securing of the fence and of the territory of the Zone;
  - 24-hour control of the main entrance of the Zone and providing working
    conditions for the customs and the tax authorities;
  - supervision of the conduction of the fire-fighting measures;

2. Entrance and parking fee for using the terminal for performing
    import, export and re-export and record for entrance and exit of
    goods in TIDZ according to the Rulebook of the Customs Administration
    on Mandatory Record. The collection of payment is performed according
    to the number of prepared Record for entrance/exit in and out of TIDZ “Skopje1”.
  - for all types of vehicles
  - the vehicles used for regular everyday activities by the Users shall be
    exempt from this fee i.e. for these an ID Card for entrance in TIDZ ”Skopje 1”
    is issued by DTIDZ                                                                               500,00 MKD per record

4. Fees for issuing of documents for entrance and movement in TIDZ

4.1. ID Card for employee of the User                350,00 MKD annually
4.2. Temporary ID Card for visitor                             350,00 MKD annually
4.3. ID Card for visitor at User (single visit)                                  Free of charge
4.4. ID Card for vehicle of User                                         1.000,00 MKD annually
4.5. ID Card for vehicle of employee of the User                               1.000,00 MKD annually
4.6. ID Card for vehicle of visitor at the User (single visit)                         Free of charge
4.7. ID Card for vehicle for group transportation (annually)                   1.000,00 MKD annually

5. Initial monthly rent per 1 m2 of equipped business premises for
]performance of customs representation and financial transactions                  2.000,00 MKD monthly

6. Initial monthly rent per m2 of business premises for performance
of catering activity                                                                         1.000,00 MKD monthly

7. Rent per 1 m2 for closed warehouse space                                200,00 MKD monthly

8. Rent per 1 m2 for open warehouse space                                      60,00 MKD monthly

9. Locating containers for servicing the Users up to 15 m2 8.500,00 MKD monthly

10. Locating containers for servicing the Users up to 30 m2 12.500,00 MKD monthly

11. Placement of installations in the protected area 150,00 MKD /1m

The fees for the services stipulated in Part I form this Schedule of fees shall be collected within term of eight days from the day of delivery of the Invoice on the revenue account of the Directorate for Technological Industrial Development Zones.

The User is obliged to pay the obligation for the fees stipulated in Part I items 1,2, and 4 of this Schedule of Fees, from the day of receipt of the Work decision issued by the Directorate for technological industrial development zones.

III

The preparation of the Record for entrance/exit in and out of TIDZ “Skopje1” form Part I item 2. of this Schedule of Fees shall be performed upon selection of the User as follows: upon vehicle or upon invoice for goods transported with several transportation vehicles with unlimited number of entrance/exit of transportation vehicles in the course of the day at latest until 24 hours.

The goods in amount lower than 6.200. 00 MKD is free from payment of the Record for entrance/exit in and out of TIDZ Skopje 1 from Part I item 2 of this Schedule of Fees.

The goods which are to undergo examination, analysis or tests in accordance with article 196 item 8 from the Customs Law is released from payment of the Record for entrance/exit in and out of TIDZ “Skopje1” form Part I item 2. of this Schedule of Fees.

IV

The ID Cards from Part I item 4 from this Schedule of fees, are valid 2 (two) calendar years. The User is obliged for each change of the employees and the transportation vehicles for which an ID Card is issued to notify the Directorate for TIDZ for destroying or issuing of new ID Card.

Article 2
These Schedule of fees shall enter into force as of the day of its announcement in the “Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia”, and shall be announced upon obtaining approval by the Government of the Republic of Macedonia.
