Protek Group is the largest pharmaceutical company in Russia. The Group has diversified business interests and is active in all major segments of the pharmaceutical industry such as manufacture of medicinal products, wholesaling and retailing of pharmaceuticals, beauty and health products. The Group counts 7 companies and the Group’s key assets in their segments are: CV Protek, Sotex and Rigla. CV Protek is a major national distributor of pharmaceuticals, beauty and health products in Russia. It has been active in Russia’s pharmaceutical market since 1990 and supplies medicines to all 83 constituent territories of the Russian Federation, with total warehouse space of 170,000 m². The Production segment is based on Sotex company. The company’s manufacturing facility, located in the Moscow region is one of the most advanced high-tech pharmaceutical manufacturers in Russia. Rigla pharmacy chain boasts 655 pharmacies in 27 regions.

Protek Group has registered the Prodis company in Macedonia and started with construction of new manufacturing facility in the Technological Industrial Development Zone Skopje 1, with total area of 7.500 m², in two phases, on leased area of 2.5 hectares.The investment is over EUR 5 million and will create 130 employments.

Prodis will produce homeopathic pharmaceuticals, cereals, herbs and vitamins and minerals.
